Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

Service Agreement

By booking a junk removal or dumpster rental service with BCS Junk Removal, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

Our Services

BCS Junk Removal, LLC offers three services:

  • Junk removal – our crew comes out, loads your junk, and hauls it off.
  • Dumpster rental – we drop off a 15-yard dumpster and you load it during your rental period.
  • Live loads – a driver brings a 15-yard container, waits while you load it during a timed window, and hauls it away right after.

Service Area & Hours

We serve College Station, Bryan, and the surrounding area, including Navasota, Brenham, Caldwell, Somerville, and Iola, Texas.

Office hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday.

Free Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are free. Give us a call or send a quote request, we will give you a free quote, and you can choose whether to have us do the job now or later.

The prices displayed online are subject to change based on personal needs. If what you need is not listed on our pricing page, please call for pricing.

A quote is based on the items and the job you describe to us. If the job turns out to be different from what was described, the price may change to match the work we actually do.

Junk Removal

  • All junk removal and junk pick-up services are a $125 minimum. That price covers us coming out and includes an item of your choice.
  • The cost of additional items is determined when you get your free quote. Our detailed price list includes tires at +$10 each and furniture and appliances at +$20–$30 each.
  • A Full 15-Yard Load Haul Off is a flat $650 – we fill an entire 15-yard load for one price.

Dumpster Rental

  • We rent 15-yard dumpsters for 3 days ($380) or 7 days ($420). If you need a longer rental, contact us.
  • The dump fee is billed at $60 per ton.
  • Next-day delivery is available when availability permits.

Live Loads

  • A live load is $325 for 45 minutes or $385 for 90 minutes.
  • Weight up to one ton is permitted. Anything over one ton is billed at $60 per ton.
  • Our driver places the container in an accessible location of your choice, stays on site while you load within your selected time window, and hauls it away right after.
  • To get the most from your window, stage your junk in an accessible spot before we arrive and keep a clear path for loading.

What We Accept

We accept any non-flammable junk materials. We also take tires for an extra fee (+$10 each) due to additional processing at the landfill.

We do not accept brush or hazardous waste. If you are not sure whether we can take something, call us before your appointment.

Address, Access & Item Ownership

Please give us an accurate service address and a correct description of what you need hauled.

At your appointment time, make sure our crew or driver can safely reach the items or the spot where the container will go.

By booking with us, you confirm that you own the items we haul away, or that you have the right to have them removed. Please set aside anything you want to keep before we start.

Scheduling & Booking

We prefer three to five days of advance notice for all junk removal and dumpster rentals. Same-day service can be offered depending on equipment availability.

Weather & Delays

Bad weather, unsafe road conditions, or other events outside our control can delay an appointment. If that happens, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy in effect. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours to your appointment time, you will owe half of the appointment total.

Donation & Disposal

We work with Habitat for Humanity and Goodwill to donate items that are able to be reused. Everything else is disposed of responsibly through recycling or proper waste disposal.

Customer Satisfaction

If the work we have done is not to your satisfaction, contact us and we will make it right.

When you send a quote request through our website, the details you enter (such as your name, email, phone number, the service you need, and your message) are sent to our team so we can respond to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
