Filing a Takedown Notice

Counter-Notice
If material you posted was removed in response to a takedown notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the designated agent above. A valid counter-notice must include: identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, your name, address, and telephone number, consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found), and your physical or electronic signature.

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
